Making Connections- Walk Two Moons
Our class is enjoying our first read aloud, Walk Two Moons by Sharon Creech. We are getting to know the characters and biting our fingernails wondering who the mysterious "lunatic" might be. This is a text to self connection on Walk To Moons.Sal's mother had a baby who died.My aunt's baby died too so she knows how Sal's mother feels.emily
My connection is to the charater of Sal.Sal goes on a trip to see her mom.I go to California to see my dad.Sals mom left her my dad left me too.I was 2years old when my dad left me.Sal was 12 when her mom left her.
